Should I do things I don't like doing?
Most of us are born with a voice in our heads that keeps us away from doing 'hard" things. At times, this can be a good thing, but I've found that most often this voice is just trying to keep me from being uncomfortable in some way. If you are having a challenge keeping the goals you set for yourself, try incorporating some intentional "hard" things in your life. Workouts, cold showers, boring projects or tough conversations. The more time you spend doing these types of things, your "goal muscle" becomes stronger and you will find yourself pushing past barriers vs taking the easy road and just giving up! Live with Strength!
